Our Heavy-Duty Basic profile bars are laminated which counteracts any tendency to warp, providing economical yet straight and reliable support for medium to large-sized canvases from 24" up to 84″ (~61-214cm). At 1-5/8″ thick, these fully keyable bars are also ideal for large Gallery Wrap canvases. Combined with 3/4" x 3" Heavy-Duty Braces, these frames provide very strong and stable support for large and heavy canvases requiring more tension to stretch properly.
When you select your desired frame height and width, any required bracing will be calculated automatically. If you wish to purchase your Heavy-Duty Basic stretcher frame(s) with different bracing than that calculated, please use our Order Form or call us at 1-800-561-4944.
