Best for Our Local Delivery Area or Shaped Canvases up to 30”
Shipping pre-stretched canvases over 30” becomes very expensive and they frequently get damaged in transit. Therefore, we always recommend shipping stretcher frames unassembled.
Assembling a stretcher frame and stretching canvas are simple processes that can even be enjoyable to do! (We provide step-by-step instructions on these and other skills in our Education Center).
However, if you are unable to do this yourself, there are situations where we can provide stretching services:
- If you are within our local delivery area in southern Ontario or are able to pick up your order, OR
- For small shaped strainer frames or panels under 30”, OR
- If you have sufficient budget for a protective shipping crate and corresponding shipping costs.
In these cases, our canvas professionals will ensure your artwork is properly stretched or canvas is perfectly prepared, ready for you to do what you do best.
